It’s easy to make changes to your travel plans with us! If you request to reschedule your volunteer program, destination, start date, or duration at least 14 days prior to the program’s start date, you won’t be charged any fees. We understand that plans may change, and we want to make sure that you’re able to make the necessary adjustments without any added stress or hassle.

If you have changed your mind or are no longer able to travel, there is no need to worry. You can change your trip free of charge provided that you reschedule it at least 14 days prior to the start date of your trip. This way, you will not have to pay any additional fees for making changes to your plans.

If you have paid for Volunteer program or have you booked for travel tour, we give you the flexibility to receive a partial or full refund of your fees in case of any unforeseen circumstances or changes in your plans. Program Fees are refundable up to 14 days prior to your scheduled start date, however, a processing fee may be applicable.
