About Mama Dani organization
At Mama Dani organization, we bring people from different countries, cultures, and backgrounds together to create meaningful and lasting change through regenerative travel. This change is not limited to the communities we support, but also to the volunteers who join us in this journey. We strive to empower our volunteers to become more aware of the Tanzania around them, to gain a better understanding of Tanzania issues, and to grow as individuals. Through our programs, we seek to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to build a more sustainable and equitable Tanzania.
As part of your fully-hosted experience, Mama Dani organization takes care of all the stressful logistics so that volunteers can focus on their experience abroad. We provide airport pick-up and arrange comfortable accommodation for the duration of your stay. Since 2022, we have been committed to making volunteering abroad more affordable and accessible to everyone, no matter their background or financial situation. We provide comprehensive support throughout the entire process, from the initial application to post-program follow-up. By making volunteering abroad more accessible, we are empowering individuals to make a difference in the Tanzania communities.
“During school holidays we organize special projects for the kids, that volunteers can help with. These might be sports and arts projects, computer lessons or extra tutoring in English.
Our projects in Tanzania are all located in and around Wiloles in Iringa(approx. 20 minutes by car from the city center). Some projects are directly on the Mama Dani organization , others easily reachable by bus.”
